Staying at the hotel was more or less what I expected from a cheap option, but it served its purpose well with a central location perfect for enjoying the beaches and nightlife. The room had water and a balcony, despite the inconvenience of serving all drinks at breakfast in non-reusable polystyrene cups.
The hotel is very basic and requires maintenance and refurbishing, but the WIFI is a standout feature, providing a good and fast internet connection. The service, while friendly, was not without its challenges due to language barriers. The location offers a glimpse into the local lifestyle but may be in a somewhat rough area. The dining options were limited, and the facilities may need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although pictured nicely, turned out to be disappointing and small. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was a bit off the beaten path but provided a unique glimpse into local Dominican lifestyle. The dining options were basic but satisfying.
